Elvis Presley (1935-1977) published about 600 songs in 26 studio LPs/EPs and 28 Soundtrack albums between 1954 and his death at 42 years old in 1977.

Dubbed ‘The King‘, he dedicated to covers of all genres of R&B and country music. His 1950’s rockabilly singing and dancing style emulated young rockers throughout the world, e.g. Cliff Richard in UK, Johnny Halliday in France, Adriano Celentano in Italy, Mike Rios in Spain, Alexander Gradzky in the USSR and hords of others everywhere. He reached the top of the weekly US Billboard with 17 singles in 1957-1962, and once more in 1969.
